611. Mary Elizabeth RHOADS^59,108 was born on 18 Jul 1845 in Ruscombmanor Township, Berks Co., PA. She died on 3 Feb 1904 in Reading, PA. She was buried in Alsace Cemetery, Muhlenberg Twp., PA. According to the 1900 census, Elizabeth claimed that she had 7 children, of which six were still living in 1900. The 1880, and 1900 census records only name children; Katie, Annie, Willie, and Emma. Hence, there could be another child who died before 1900, and possibly two other siblings who were still living in 1900. There is a 30 year old Samuel Fulmer, living next door to William H. Fulmer, in the 1910 census. This could possibly be another son in the family. But that is just speculation at his point in time.

Mary Elizabeth RHOADS and James Herb FULMER were married in 1874. James Herb FULMER (son of David Koch FOLMER and Sarah HERB) was born on 8 Aug 1853 in Alsace Township, Berks Co., PA. He died on 3 Aug 1921 in Reading, PA. James was a house carpenter, and in 1900 census he resided in Reading at 1020 Spring Street. Son William was still in the household. Also living with Jim in 1900 is his uncle Jeremiah Herb, born June 1821. Mary Elizabeth RHOADS and James Herb FULMER had the following children:

+1029	ii.	Annie FULMER4 was born in Jul 1875 in Ruscombmanor Township, Berks Co., PA. According to the Berks County C-house marriage applications, there were two Annie Fulmer's who applied for licenses in 1894: Annie Fulmer and Cyrus Kline, 1894, v. 14 p. 505 ,and Annie Fulmer and James Mathias, 1894, v 14, p. 25. Alsace Church records: 19 May 1894 Annie Fulmer, 18, Ruscombmanor married James Mathias, 22, Cigarmaker, Gilbertsville, appears to be the best bet. 1900 13th Ward Reading, Berks Co, PA, North 10th Street, # 168/?/110: James Mathias, head, b. Sept. 1872, age 27, married 6 yrs, occ. laborer, iron works Annie Mathias, wife, b. July 1875, age 24, married 6 yrs, children 4/3 Harry Mathias, son, b. Sept. 1894, age 5 Walter Mathias, son, b. Sept. 1895, age 4 Claude Mathias, son, Apr. 1898, age 2 In the 1910 census, the couple has divorced, and Annie is still living on North 10th St., in Reading: 1910 13th Ward, Reading, Berks Co, PA, North 10th Street, # 1652/584/602: Annie Matthias, head, divorced, age 38, children 5/5 , occ. cigar maker Theordore Matthias, son, single, age 6
+1030	iii.	William H. FULMER4,79,95,101,108 was born in Jul 1878 in Ruscombmanor Township, Berks Co., PA. He died on 17 Feb 1919 in Reading, PA. He was buried in Alsace Cemetery, Muhlenberg Twp., PA. Resided on Kutztown Road, Muhlenberg Township in 1910 census. He was a carpenter.
