Mary Magdalena BOYER and Daniel ROTH Esq. were married on 28 Jan 1798 in Reading, PA. Daniel ROTH Esq.2,50,52 (son of Capt. Johann Jacob ROTH Esq. and Susanna WOMELSDORF) was born about 1778 in Amity Township, Berks Co., PA. He died on 22 Nov 1833. Daniel served Berks County as the Registrar of Wills, 1818 - 1820, and again 1824 - 1829. Per Berks & Schuylkill Journal, newspaper, 30 Nov 1833 Edition: Daniel Rhoads Esq. died on the 22nd, age 55.

Maybe Jacob Roth who married Catharine Pommer on 12 March 1837 at New Hanover. Birth conflicts with brother Charles. From "Alt Berks" news paper I have a Jacob B. Rhoads died in Reading 2 January 1842, age 32.

Charles RHOADS50 was born on 19 Jun 1811. He died in 1890. Died unmarried. Dates from forgotten source, maybe off web. Since birth conflicts with brother Jacob I suspect dob is wrong....maybe year of 1817.
