575. Delight Edgar BREIDEGAM Sr.⁴⁸ was born on 27 Nov 1898 in Alsace Township, Berks Co., PA. In October 1946, Delight and his son rented the former creamery building across the street from the Bowers Hotel and founded DEKA Batteries. Company was moved to it's present location in Lyons by 1950.

Delight Edgar BREIDEGAM Sr. and Helen Mamie FENSTERMACHER were married on 7 Jul 1918. Helen Mamie FENSTERMACHER⁴⁸ (daughter of Charles FENSTERMACHER and Andora J. DRY) was born on 5 May 1898 in Rockland Township, Berks Co., PA. She was baptized on 3 Jul 1898.¹⁰⁸ She died in Apr 1988 in Topton, PA.¹⁰⁹ She was buried in Christ "Mertz's" Church, Rockland Township, PA. Died in the Lutheran Home at Topton. Helen was later adopted by James Gehris. Delight Edgar BREIDEGAM Sr. and Helen Mamie FENSTERMACHER had the following children:
