Married to Dr. George Rothenberger of St. Lawrence, PA. Rebecca R. Leinbach, 87, St. Lawrence, died 5 May 2005 in the Berkshire Center, Exeter Township, where she had resided since March 29. Her husband, Albert A. Leinbach, died in 1984. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late George L. and Lou B. (Rhoads) Rothenberger. Leinbach was employed for many years as a registered nurse by Reading Hospital. She was a graduate of Reading High School and the Reading Hospital School of Nursing. Leinbach was a member of the Community United Church of Christ, St. Lawrence, where she taught Sunday school for five years. She was a Camp Fire Girls leader and den mother in the Cub Scouts, both in St. Lawrence. Surviving are a son, George R., Boyertown; and three daughters: Nancy J. Leinbach, St. Lawrence; Jane L. Leinbach, York; and Carol A. Leinbach, Reading. Other survivors include a sister, Jane R. (Rothenberger) Arnold, Keene, N.H. There is also a grandson. Burial will be in Friedens Cemetery, Oley.
