376. Abraham Reitnauer REIDER^4,26,43 was born on 22 Mar 1864 in Rockland Township, Berks Co., PA. He died on 11 Dec 1953 in Earl Township, Berks Co., PA. He was buried in St. Joseph's Hill Church, Pike Township, Berks Co., PA. Abe was a miller by trade. He operated the Bertolet mill in Oley for a number of years. He was last employed at Jacob Bahr's saw mill in Gablesville. He also ran a farm west of Shanesville and served at one time as a Earl Township supervisor. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias and the Knights of the Golden Eagle, Oley nest. He is survived by his widow and two step sisters - Mary Bingaman and Clara, wife of Frank Dice.

Abraham Reitnauer REIDER and Hettie D. GEIGER were married on 21 Mar 1891 in Reading, PA. They were divorced on 14 May 1900 in Reading, PA. Hettie D. GEIGER⁴ was born in 1863 in Oley Township, Berks Co., PA. Daughter of Jacob and Mary Geiger. Hettie would later desert Abe and be divorced.

She died on 16 Apr 1959 in Berks County, PA. She was buried in St. Joseph's Hill Church, Pike Township, Berks Co., PA. Daughter of Cornelius Hess and Caroline Wolfgang. No children are mentioned in obit. Was living on Gilbralter Road.
