What follows is Tree #873 from Vol 17, or Broderbunds World Family Tree collection, by Jeff Fowler, of Paoli, PA. Revolutionary War muster rolls have a Samuel Reider, which it would seem is this Samuel. Samuel served with Captain John Ludwig's Company, of the Sixth Battalion, Berks County Militia, Commanded by Col. Joseph Hiester, in the service of the United States, taken from 10th August 1780 to the 9th September 1780, guarding the Hessian prisoners. Samuel REIDER and Miss
