121. Peter Quinter REIDER3,9,29,33,57 was born on 20 Jun 1854 in Exeter Township, Berks Co., PA. He died on 7 Nov 1908 in Greenwich Township, Berks Co., PA. He was buried in New Jerusalem "Dunkel's" Church, Greenwich Twp., PA. Peter and Jacob were twins. Peter was first a farmer near Lenhartsville. He later stopped farming and became a hatter. Reading directory of 1917 lists Sarah, widow of Peter at 331 McKnight Street, Reading.

Peter Quinter REIDER and Sarah RITTER were married after 1880. Sarah RITTER33,57,58 was born on 18 Sep 1855 in Greenwich Township, Berks Co., PA. She died on 20 Apr 1963. She was buried in New Jerusalem "Dunkel's" Church, Greenwich Twp., PA. Daughter of George and Sallie Ritter. Sarah died at the home of her daughter, Edna in Virginville, PA. At an age of 107, she was determined to be the oldest person in Pennsylvania. She had received plaques from the Pennsylvania Medical Society on her 105th and 107th birthdays as well as congratulatory messages from President Dwight Eisenhower on her 105th birthday, and from President John F. Kennedy on her 107th. Following her husbands death in 1908, she left her farm at Dreibelbis Station and lived in Reading and Hamburg, before moving to the home of her daughter Edna, where she has resided the past 21 years. She was a charter member of the Virginville Grange. At the age of 100, she was still attending services at Dunkel's Lutheran Church, Kutztown, where she was a member. Sarah had a sister Mary, who married a Leibensperger, and two brothers, John and Samuel.

Carrie E. REIDER33 was born on 8 Jan 1886 in Greenwich Township, Berks Co., PA. She died on 12 Jul 1915. She was buried in New Jerusalem "Dunkel's" Church, Greenwich Twp., PA. Carrie was married to George I. Moyer per her headstone. George apparantly remarried.

George D. REIDER33 was born on 14 Jan 1894 in Greenwich Township, Berks Co., PA. He died on 25 Dec 1917. He was buried in New Jerusalem "Dunkel's" Church, Greenwich Twp., PA. Reading directory of 1917 lists George as a machinist and living with his widowed mother at 331 McKnight Street, Reading.
