64. Israel Schlockerman REIDER³ was born on 19 Feb 1836 in Oley Township, Berks Co., PA. He died on 14 Jan 1909 in Americus Township, KS. He was buried in Americus Township Cemetery, KS. Israel Reider was a shoemaker in the town of Friedensburg, now Oley, PA. He later moved his family to Pinegrove, PA, where he worked at the Gensemer Leather Tanning factory as a shoemaker. His first wife Sarah died in Pinegrove in 1872, and two years later Israel remarried a widow, Harriet. In 1877, Israel moved the family by train, except for two sons James and George, to Kansas. He worked for two years as a shoemaker, then obtained a farm two miles north of town. He was a very active member of the local Evangelical Church. Israel's health was declining for his last six years, he was partially deaf and suffered from heart disease, dieing finally of a heart attack. Information from Kansas paper obit.

203	iii.	Francis Strauss REIDER3 was born in 1862 in Pine Grove, Schuylkill Co., PA. He died in Kansas. Living in Emporia, Kansas, when his father died. Married Nora A. Herning. She was born in 1872. Had children: Francis H., 1896 - 1897; John H., born 1898; and LeNora, born 1904.

205	v.	Annie Strauss REIDER3 was born in 1866 in Pine Grove, Schuylkill Co., PA. She died in 1958 in Kansas. Living in Carbondale, Kansas, when her father died. Married to John William White. He was born in 1862. Had children: Marcia Esther, born 1895; Lawrence R., 1896 - 1910; and Anna Mabel, 1901 - 1926.
206	vi.	William Strauss REIDER3 was born in 1868 in Pine Grove, Schuylkill Co., PA. He died in 1952 in California. Living in Los Angeles, CA, when his father died. Had a son Francis.

Israel Schlockerman REIDER and Harriet Rhyan ANTHONY were married on 23 Sep 1874 in Pine Grove, Schuylkill Co., PA. Harriet Rhyan ANTHONY^3,42 was born on 29 Jan 1847 in Schuylkill County, PA.
