717. Edward Reed REIDER^4,26 was born on 12 Mar 1921 in Gibralter, Berks Co., PA. He died on 26 May 2002 in Muhlenberg Township, Berks Co., PA. He was buried in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Mount Penn, PA. Ed was a press cutter when he married. Resided in Riverview Park for a number of years and lastly at Oak Forest Apartments, Muhlenberg Township. He died at the ManorCare Health Services Inc.,
Muhlenberg Township, where he had resided since May 24. Ed was employed for 27 years as shipping manager by Cabot Corp., Boyertown, retiring in 1983. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale.

Edward Reed REIDER and Margaret Francis HILL were married on 12 Jun 1948 in Reading, PA. Margaret Francis HILL⁴ was born on 9 May 1927 in Ontelaunee Township, Berks Co., PA. She died on 26 Dec 2008 in Reading, PA. She was buried in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Mount Penn, PA. Margaret was a typist when she married. She was the daughter of Fred Daniel Hill and Bessie Mae Blackwell.

Margaret Frances (Hill) Reider, 81, Ruscombmanor Township, formerly of Muhlenberg Township, died in Reading Hospital. She was married on June 12, 1948, to Edward Reed Reider. She was a Reading High School graduate. Margaret was employed eight years as a salesperson with W.T. Grant, and, later, eight years as a waitress with St. Lawrence Restaurant, retiring in October 1971. She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale. Margaret is survived by two daughters, Melissa A. (Reider), wife of Dean A. Yeager, Muhlenberg Township; and Sandra L. Yerger, Shillington. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Margaret was predeceased by a daughter, Brenda J. Reider, on Nov. 29, 1997. Edward Reed REIDER and Margaret Francis HILL had the following children:
