2. Jacob Heinrich BROTZMAN¹ was born on 27 Dec 1722 in Württemberg. He died on 13 Oct 1803 in Williams Township, Northampton Co., PA. He was buried in Hay Cemetery, Easton, PA. Jacob came to America at age 16 with his parents. He obtained 164 acres of land for farming along the Lehigh river near Smith's Island, Williams Twp., Northampton County, PA. Records indicate Jacob furnished horses and a wagon for the Army in 1765. Jacob turned over the Homestead in 1789 to son Abraham. He lived at home till his death in 1803.

Jacob Heinrich BROTZMAN and Maria Margaretha FICEN were married on 21 Apr 1747 in Pennsylvania. Maria Margaretha FICEN¹ was born in 1728. She died before 1780. She was buried in Hay Cemetery, Easton, PA. Daughter of Balthasar Ficen. I had her death about 1814; but that doesn't allow for a second marriage to Anna. Jacob Heinrich BROTZMAN and Maria Margaretha FICEN had the following children:

12	iii.	Maria Barbara BROTZMAN1 was born on 2 Jul 1754 in Williams Township, Northampton Co., PA. She was baptized on 18 Aug 1754 in Williams Township, Northampton Co., PA. She died in 1803 in Pennsylvania.

18	ix.	Rosina BROTZMAN1 was born on 9 Aug 1773 in Williams Township, Northampton Co., PA. She died on 24 Feb 1834. She was buried in Hay Cemetery, Easton, PA. Rosina had twelve children with two husbands. Married first to William W. Woodring on 3 July 1792. And second to George Drum on 4 April 1822.

Jacob Heinrich BROTZMAN and Anna Maria UNK were married about 1780. Anna Maria UNK¹ was born on 15 Jun 1744. She died on 19 Mar 1822 in Williams Township, Northampton Co., PA. She was buried in Hay Cemetery, Easton, PA. Jacob Heinrich BROTZMAN and Anna Maria UNK had the following children:

20	ii.	Peter BROTZMAN1 was born on 7 Apr 1784 in Williams Township, Northampton Co., PA. He died on 10 Dec 1809. Pete married Sarah Yates and they begat three children
