27. Johann Frederick BROTZMAN^1,3 was born on 24 Apr 1760 in Montgomery County, PA. He was baptized on 24 Apr 1760 in Augustus Evangelical Lutheran Church, Trappe, PA. He was confirmed on 5 May 1776 in Augustus Evangelical Lutheran Church, Trappe, PA. He died on 31 Aug 1828 in Warren County, NJ. He was buried in Old Dansbury Cemetery, PA. Married to Sarah while still in his teens. Johann and Sarah lived in the East Stroudsburg area of PA. Johann served 15 years in the Pennsylvania Militia, being discharged approximately 1800 as a Lieutenant. He moved across the Delaware river to Warren County, New Jersey. Records on the last four births, all daughters, not to well documented. All four were born between 1783 and 1790; and apparantly died before 1832.

Johann Frederick BROTZMAN and Sarah LINDERMAN were married about 1778. Sarah LINDERMAN¹ was born on 15 Oct 1754 in Deutschland. She died on 19 Jun 1841. Johann Frederick BROTZMAN and Sarah LINDERMAN had the following children:

81	iii.	Adam BROTZMAN1 was born on 9 Nov 1782. He died on 27 Mar 1862. From the Union Church, now in Carbon Co., PA, we have Adam Brotzman and Susanna, had a son, Wilhelm, 6 September 1809.
82	iv.	Mary BROTZMAN1 was born in 1783. She died in 1832.
83	v.	Sarah BROTZMAN1 was born in 1785. She died in 1832.
84	vi.	Catharine BROTZMAN1 was born in 1787. She died in 1832.
