29. Adam BROTZMAN^1,12 was born on 28 Feb 1764 in Montgomery County, PA. He died on 22 Feb 1798 in Limerick Township, Montgomery Co., PA. Adam was a farmer in Limerick Township, PA. On April 19, 1788, he was given 74 acres, 20 perchs of land by his father in Limerick Twp. Adam only had ten years to farm before his early death, five months before the birth of his last son, Adam. Hannah Custer, his wife, is related to General Custer; although she was long dead before the General was born. (The General was born 5 December 1839, in Ohio). Other researcher has Hannah a daughter of Ball? And Adam died in Earl Twp., this researcher also lists just two children. To add more confusion, Adam is mentioned in his father's will written in 1804, after his supposed death.

Adam BROTZMAN and Hannah CUSTER were married on 21 Jan 1782. Hannah CUSTER^1,13 (daughter of Jonathan CUSTER Sr. and Hannah Peters KENDALL) was born on 26 Dec 1761 in Pennsylvania. She was baptized in 1762 in St. Luke's Reformed Church, Trappe, PA. She died in Dec 1809 in Pennsylvania. Adam BROTZMAN and Hannah CUSTER had the following children:

90	v.	Abraham PRUTZMAN1 was born on 8 Feb 1790 in Limerick Township, Montgomery Co., PA. He died in 1823. First Reformed Church in Reading has an Abraham Prutzman married to Molly Lutz on 30 June 1814. Both were listed as from Robeson Twp. Brotzman book also has Abe married to an Ellenora.

93	viii.	Hannah PRUTZMAN1 was born on 31 Mar 1796 in Limerick Township, Montgomery Co., PA. Have Hannah married Christian Schaeffer of Reading abt May 1845. Another has her married to John Bloom approx.1829.
