17. Valentine GRIESEMER¹ was born in 1753 in Oley Township, Berks Co., PA. He died in 1776 in Oley Township, Berks Co., PA. Val was a miller and may have died in an accident at the mill.

Valentine GRIESEMER and Barbara KEIM were married about 1775. Barbara KEIM¹ was born on 12 September 1751. She died on 18 January 1825 in Rockland Township, Berks Co., PA. She was buried in Keim Private Cemetery, Pike Township, PA. Per her will filed 11 February 1825, she left her estate to brother and sister. With small payouts to niece Susanna Kauffman, daughter of brother John Keim, and nephew Jacob Keim.

Barbara KEIM was born on 12 Sep 1751 in Oley Twp., Philadelphia Co., Pennsylvania. She signed a will on 18 Jun 1810 in Rockland Twp., Berks Co., Pennsylvania. GRIESMER, BARBARA, Rockland.
June 18, 1810 - Codicil January 4, 1825 - Probate February 11, 1825.
To my brother John KEIM 5 shillings.
To sister Esther SCHLEGEL all wearing apparel, books, etc.
To niece Susanna KAUFFMAN, dau. of brother John KEIM, £100.
