799. Clarence Benneville PRUTZMAN Sr.^32,49 was born on 16 May 1892 in Reading, PA. He died on 1 November 1974 in Reading, PA. He was buried in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Mount Penn, PA. Born in Reading, Clarence had worked for the Reading Company for 14 years, retiring in 1960. He was a member of the Knights of Malta - Lodge 652, Brotherhood of Railway Carmen, and Goodwill Beneficial Assoc. He was also a member of the following fire companies: Alsace Manor, Hampden and Temple. Clarence and Frances lived at 914 Perry Street, Reading. Clarence died at the Reading Re-Hab Center, where he was a guest for one day.

Clarence Benneville PRUTZMAN Sr. and Frances E. ENGLEBRECHT were married about June 1912. Frances E. ENGLEBRECHT^32,49 was born in 1893 in Reading, PA. She died on 14 August 1994 in Temple, PA. She was buried in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Mount Penn, PA. Daughter of Frederick O. Engelbrecht and Elizabeth K. Hunsburger. Frances was living at 914 Perry St., Reading, when Clarence died. And later moved to Temple. She died in the Leader Nursing Home, where she had been a patient since May 1991. Frances was a member of the Alsace Lutheran Church. Her son William liked to point out she had the additude she was to live forever and she would eat whatever she wanted, when she wanted. He would often grill some sausage for her, anytime of day.

+1170	i.	William Hunter PRUTZMAN32,85,119 was born on 29 December 1912 in Reading, PA. He died on 29 July 2006 in Laureldale, PA. Long time resident of Perry Street, Reading, Bill was employed as a steel worker with American Chain in Reading for more than 25 years. And later he was a meter reader with Met Ed, now GPU electric company, retiring in 1974. As a young man, Bill was an amateur boxer. He was a life member of the Democratic Socialists of America, American Civil Liberties Union, Robesonia Pioneer Hose Company and the National Organization for Women. He attended the Institute of The Arts, Wyomissing, where he studied the Russian language. He passed away at 3:35 p.m. in his Laureldale residence.
+1171	ii.	Virginia Frances PRUTZMAN32,49 was born on 13 February 1914 in Reading, PA. Virginia had worked at Charcoal Chef in St. Lawrence. She and first husband had one daughter. Although divorced from second husband Ray, she remains good friends. Lives on Muhlenberg Street, Reading.
+1172	iii.	Betty M. PRUTZMAN32,49,119 was born about 1920 in Reading, PA. Resided in Reading. Betty was married first to a William Mitchell. From Alsace Lutheran Church, Betty and William baptized a son Terry Willam Mitchell on 30 March 1952. Terry was born 12 July 1947.
1173	iv.	Edith E. PRUTZMAN32,49 was born on 14 September 1914 in Reading, PA. She died on 4 May 1988 in Reading, PA. Living in Reading in 1974, and married to John R. Shurilla. Edith was known as "Mickey". She worked as a waitress at area restuarants, retiring in 1977. Surviving were her sons: John R., Jr.; Steven and Barry. Her obit failed to mention where she was buried.
