Hamburg, June 12 - Services for Mrs. Harriet V. Epler, 76, of Hamburg R. D. 1,
who died in Reading Hospital, will be held Thursfay at 1:30 p.m. in the Burkey
& Spacht Funeral Home, Hamburg.
The Rev. William E. Harner will officiate. Burial will be in St. Michel's
Union Church Cemetery, Tilden Township.
Born in Tilden Township, a daughter of the late John and Rebecca (Sieger)
Moyer, she was a member of the United Church of Christ congregation of St.
Michel's Church.
The widow of Solomon B. Epler, who died seven years ago, she is survived by
three daughters: Anna F. , at home; Ruth N. wife of Harry Martin, Hamburg R.D.
1; and Dorothy r. wife of William T. Berger, Shartlesville, Star Route; three
sons: John W. of Summit Station; Edward R., of Hamburg; and George S. of of
West Monroe, LA.; a foster daughter, Florence, wife of Oliver Youst,
Pottsville, and 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Foster daughter Florence is the daughter of half-sister Minerva (Minnie),
sister to my Grandfather, Oliver , Minnie is John's daughter from second
marriage my line.
