5. Johannes GRIESEMER^1,4 was born on 9 November 1717 in Lampertheim, Hesse. He died on 10 October 1789 in Lower Milford Township, Lehigh Co., PA. John established his homestead in Whitehall with a land purchase in 1753. A Griesemersville was also established there; but has since been overwhelmed by the city of Allentown.

Johannes GRIESEMER and Anna Maria BRUNNER were married about 1745. Anna Maria BRUNNER⁴ was born on 16 November 1725 in Baretswil, Zurich, Switzerland.

Johannes GRIESEMER and Anna Maria BRUNNER had the following children:
