617. Ida Eugenia BERTOLET^14,41,77 was born on 17 May 1855. She died on 18 October 1913. She was buried in Caernarvon Cemetery, Morgantown, PA.

Ida Eugenia BERTOLET and Dr. David Heber PLANK were married on 28 November 1877 in Berks County, PA. Dr. David Heber PLANK^14,77,100 was born on 12 November 1842. He died on 3 January 1906 in Morgantown, PA. He was buried in Caernarvon Cemetery, Morgantown, PA. Dr, Plank purchased the house at the corner on what is today Main Street and Morgantown Road, I believe Main Street was once called Cherry Street. It had been built by Morgan for his daughter and had been previously owned by at least one doctor. If you are familiar with Morgantown, they were several hundred feet from the St Thomas Church on Morgantown Road. The house is still standing but has not been occupied since about 1989 and is in terrible shape. All of his six sons were born and raised there. Ida lived there until her death in 1913. The property was then divided in five parts, one for each surviving son. I believe Walter was the one left out as he died prior to Ida. I believe all the boys went to Penn State.

David was employed by General Electric in Schenectady and is credited with leading in the development of the electric trains, called mules, still in use at the Panama Canal. David died in Schenectady from the Spanish flu.

+1006	iii.	Heber Eugene PLANK77,100 was born on 4 February 1884 in Morgantown, PA. He died on 10 January 1947. Resided Seattle WA.
+1007	iv.	William Bertolet PLANK77,100 was born on 24 June 1886 in Morgantown, PA. He died on 19 June 1956. He was buried in Caernarvon Cemetery, Morgantown, PA. Resided Easton, PA.
1008	v.	Alfred Quintin PLANK77,100 was born on 21 October 1887 in Morgantown, PA. He died on 28 January 1967 in Rock Hill, NJ.. He was buried in Caernarvon Cemetery, Morgantown, PA. Alfred Q. Plank was a priest in the Episcopal Church. He was ordained by Bishop Talbot April 10, 1917 at St. Michaels Church. His final parrish was in Washington, DC. At one time he resided at New Haven, CT. He resided at time of death with his nephew David H. and his wife Bernize.
