Susanna K. BERTOLET and Ezekiel M. RHOADS were married on 27 Nov 1831. Ezekiel M. RHOADS^{10,33,51,54,72} (son of Samuel ROTH and Elizabeth MILLER) was born on 26 Jan 1810 in Amity Township, Berks Co., PA. He was baptized on 5 May 1810 in St. Paul's Union Church, Amity Township, PA. He died on 25 Mar 1888 in Amity Township, Berks Co., PA. He was buried in St. Paul's Cemetery, Amity Township, PA. He was a member of St. Paul's Union Church in Amityville, as a Lutheran, at age 15, and thru his entire life served the church. An orphan at 15, he was hired out by his guardian David Ludwig to John A. Bertolette of Oley. In 1825 he learned the trade of tailoring under Jacob Coleman of Amity and in 1829 he moved to Reading for employment till 1831. He returned to Amity Township where he bought varoius tracts of land till he had 178 acres. He farmed and also conducted a tailor shop, hiring as many as five employees. He was living in Exeter Township in the 1850 Census. Listed as H. B. Rhoads. Home next to Obediah Rhoads, and what was probably Obediah's mother, Mary. Ezekiel was mentioned in his father's will. A long time friend of Bartolett Grant of Stonersville. Susanna K. BERTOLET and Ezekiel M. RHOADS had the following children:

904	x.	Amos W. B. RHOADS4,10,33,51,72 was born on 14 Dec 1848 in Amity Township, Berks Co., PA. He died on 30 Nov 1872 in Ohio. Moved to Dayton, Ohio. In 1868 married Annie Willard of that city. He was secretary and treasurer of the Farmers' Friend Manufacturing Company.
